Okay, so maybe not ever, but I adored this series. Even though I hated waiting for installments, it was worth every moment of frustrated anticipation. This final installment was just about perfect. These characters will all stay with me a long time. Leta Blake and Alice Griffiths gave us richly detailed, fully realized secondary characters and shaped and grew Will and Patrick into memorable, lovable book friends. I do wish we could find out what happens to Hartley. He needs to meet Varun, I think....I can only praise further the spot-on pacing and flow of the story, as well as excellent editing. I kind of envy the readers that haven't read the serial and get to start this journey. Every book was fun, funny, tender, touching, painful, plus smokin'-hot sex! Buy these books!

I generally do not care for romances because the writers are too busy trying to prove who great they are at writing. This romance was funny, thoughtful, and educational. It also was graphic. I laughed, cried, and dreamed. Read it when you are horny and need a good laugh.
Will & Patrick's tale was entertaining from start to finish. Not often do I rate a book or series 5 stars. Nevertheless I was drawn in with a frank look at the stigma of addiction, and the realization of self. The development of the cast of characters over the course of these 6 novellas was a worthwhile journey.
This has been one heck of a roller coaster ride of emotions. From the first one to this story, not once was I disappointed and I definitely wasn't today. Almost instantly I was getting emotional, and I have enjoyed every second, every word, every page. Patrick and Will is officially my favorite couple...oh I so wish they were real! Oh well such is my luck. Absolutely loved every book in this series. Thank you Ms. Blake and team )
What a wonderful series and happy that Patrick and Will found their HEA but sad to have the series come to an end as not only are they a great couple that through this series you get to know, but the town itself and all the characters became so real. This is a must read series that will have you laughing out loud, breaking your heart and fixing it. Thank you for giving us this brilliant series.
I have never cried during a sex scene until this book. I just knew what was coming and it was heartbreaking.......but everything turns out wonderful for Patrick and Will in the end. Would love to have a future book when they have kids of their own.
I could not believe I actually bought the second book, and the next four, after reading a clearly preposterous and somewhat off-putting first installment. I was not taken aback by the insta-romance which resulted in the marriage of Will and Patrick--hey, it was Vegas and they were drunk. But I could not wrap my head around Will's family (very stereotypical Italian-American), where they lived (South Dakota), or how they lived their lives (you simply would not believe it).
Then I got hooked on the third in the series, and when Patrick emerged as a major human being, this series became almost thrilling. I liked Will (whom I had a hard time envisioning), but I loved Patrick (who could easily be played by Neil Patrick Harris if this were made into a movie). There is a depth to him that one would not expect as the books progress, and the last two are absolutely amazing.
You have to read them all, but you will be thrilled by the time you get to the end.
I've had this series in my TBR list for a while waiting for the last book to come out. Reading a series from beginning to end is very satisfying, no stopping and then trying to get back into it.
Will and Patrick's love story was fraught with obstacles. Will's screwed up family, his unfortunate damaging years with Ryan, his familial connection to mobsters, all reinforcing his lack of self worth. Patrick's beginnings were heartbreaking and could have taken him into a downward spiral, but the love and support he received from his foster family gave him the strength to accomplish great things in his chosen medical field. That these two damaged souls came together at the time they did, and that they managed to overcome their personal demons is at the heart of this wonderful series.
I highly recommend this series to all who enjoy a heartwarming love story and writing by authors who have the talent to grip their readers from the beginning to the end.
